Getting started

It’s always a good idea to find a kite that is matched to your capabilities, i.e. the kite should be based on your height and weight and reflect what you really want to end up doing, i.e. recreational flying, buggying, mountain boarding etc.

One of the first things to think about is your budget. There are a variety of kites on the market, some of which are two line, and others that are four line. Two line kites can be easier to master and are especially good for beginners and recreational flyers, where as four line kites are generally used to produce traction for those who are looking for a little more adrenalin fueled fun.

Once you have decided what kite you are looking for, we will be able to guide you to the kite you are most suited to. If you are looking for a little bit of fun on the beach or open spaces, just to lose yourself, then we would recommend a two line foil kite. On the other hand if you are looking for a bit more excitement then we recommend a four line kite.

Here at adrenalin head we are very conscious of safety and strongly recommend that beginners fly with an experienced kiter or even better still take some tuition from our fully qualified BKSA and PKSF Registered and insured instructor!!

1 hours free tuition with every 4 line kite purchased over 1m
